Jacqueline Smith graduated with Distinction from The Scottish College of Homoeopathy in 1997. In 1999 and 2004, she studied with world renowned Homoeopath, George Vithoulkas at The Academy of Classical Homoeopathy in Greece. Then in 2007, attended The Bengal Allen Medical Institute in India, gaining a Certificate in Advanced Homoeo-Therapeutics and is a member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths.She has practiced Meditation & Yoga for 25 years, teaching Meditation since 2001; Relaxation since 2002, and Yoga since 2004. She received The Reiki Master Initiation in 2006 and in the same year, a PostGrad.Certificate for Teaching in Further Education from Dundee University. Jacqueline was involved in the Glasgow Steiner School for eight years until 2001 and taught Life and Form Drawing whilst there. She created and taught courses on Meditation, Relaxation, Integrative Art and Gardening for Beginners at Langside College for four years. In 2007, she published a Collection of Poetry, ‘Muted Hellion’ available in selected Glasgow Libraries and directly from Jacqueline. She attended the Creative Writing Project at GCNS in 2008 where she completed her first Novel and began the MLitt. in Creative Writing in September 2009 at Glasgow University. She taught Mural Painting, Gardening, Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation at Lodging House Mission in Glasgow's East-end and presently teaches Meditation at St. Mungo's Museum of Religious Life & Art.
Erick Mauricia gained a certificate in Art Restoration in Paris in 1979 & one in Performing Arts at The American Dance Centre in Paris in 1982. In 1989 & 1990 he taught Modern & Afro Jazz to dancers from The Bolshoi & Moisseiv Traditional Moscow Ballet in Russia. In 1996 he trained in Counselling with Strathclyde University and in 2002 he gained a Diploma in African Dance from The African Centre of Dance & Music in Paris. He achieved the HNC in Sports Coaching & Development in 2008 at GCNS in Glasgow. Erick has trained for twenty years in Yoga, Martial Arts and Tai Chi techniques and has practiced Meditation for some years. He has choreographed, produced and performed for many productions and Festivals involving modern and traditional dance, drumming, singing and stage plays. He has taught African Dance & Drumming for several years & has recently been employed at The Dance House and works with several Youth Organisations in the Community, e.g. The Princes Trust, Ultimate Sports/Arts. Erick presently teaches Physical Education at The Glasgow Steiner School. He coached children in basketball at Kelvinhall and Lincoln United Youth Team at Scotstoun Sports Centre.He is currently a member of the Glasgow Gospel Choir.
